Our history
We were looking for a treasure. A diamond so transparent that the future could be seen through it. We were looking for history, because in 2020 all history seemed over.
This is how we decided to grow grapes and distill them in the valley where pisco was distilled for the first time; that is why we are a winery with history, but new.
Historically, the Pisco valley was called Santa María Magdalena when pisco distillation began; and we work on those lands, we distill where it was distilled and we proudly carry the name of the cradle of pisco towards a future full of possibilities.
Now, we are new, we are children of the 2020 pandemic. We have new teams, young people in charge, we believe in the importance of female participation and yes, our ideal is the conservation of our planet.
WE ARE THE NEW GENERATION OF PISQUEROS, SO THAT PISCO IS WORLDCLASS.
WE ARE THE NEW GENERATION OF PISQUEROS, SO THAT PISCO DOES NOT GO EXTINCT.
WE ARE THE NEW GENERATION OF PISQUEROS AND WE VALUE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PREMIUM PISCO THAT WOULD LOVE THE NEW GENERATIONS WITH MINIMALISM AND EFFORT.
WE ARE THE NEW GENERATION OF PISQUEROS AND IF YOU ARE READING THIS, SO ARE YOU.
The Bodega
Santa María Magdalena is in San Andrés de Pisco, 235 km south of Lima.
We have more than 44 hectares of pisco grapes that we take care of and pamper throughout the year so that in March they give us happiness in the form of a distillate. Peruvian hands, modern machinery and a great desire to do things well, is our essence.
Our process begins with the planting and ends in your bar.
Enjoy it.
